Construction of a housing development will need to be created in the North of Zimbabwe. The housing estate will form part of the town that will be known as "Hartsville", the project involves the delivery of 354 stands with the first phase of 70 houses planned to be completed by December 2022; Occupattion is scheduled for January 2022. The land under development falls close to the Muzarabani River and the company has provided sufficient buffer to protect the land and has made commitments to the local communities in the area on a continued future role to preserve and protect the land.
Some might question the timing of the development given the current challenges in Zimbabwe, however, the revenues from the nearby Medicinal Cannabis project, will put plenty of revenue into the government coffers, and should eradicate their current fiscal problems.
