Responsibilities:
Maintains all of the following projects:

Design planting layouts, solves pest and disease problems, fertilizes and amends soil, harvest, repairs irrigation, keep track of planting.
Manage service inventory.
Prepares weekly lesson plans using STEM based curriculum
Teach 1-3 classes per week for 6-12th graders
Harvest, wash and pack produce for CAO nutrition program.
Attends staff, service and training meetings as required.
Train volunteers.

Qualifications:

Education in horticulture, crop science and farmhand work is a plus.
Experience with hydroponics growing and greenhouse cultivation required.
Related experience in urban farming, gardening
and excellent organizational skills with the attention to detail.

Full Time (50 hours per week)

Education:
Bachelors degree with a minimum of two (2) or more years of experience working with cannabis.
Farming/Urban Agriculture and working with hydroponic units: 2 years experience required.

Compensation:
$60,000 per annum
